UKRAINIAN CARPATHIANS

"Ukrainian Carpathians" Diploma Program Conditions

(Official page of the program - http://uff.pp.ua/uc )

“Ukrainian Carpathians” Diploma of A, B, C, D classes and Honor Roll can be given to radio-amateurs for having QSO with amateur radio stations that are permanently or  temporarily working from administrative districts of Ukraine having the Carpathian Mountains on their territory.

We use identification codes of administrative districts that are common in URDA diploma program for them (the list is given below).

To receive award of A class candidate needs to have 5 QSO with different administrative districts of the Carpathian Mountains according to the list.

To receive award of B class candidate needs to have 10 QSO with different administrative districts of the Carpathian Mountains according to the list.

To receive award of C class candidate needs to have 15 QSO with different administrative districts of the Carpathian Mountains according to the list.

To receive award of D class candidate needs to have 20 QSO with different administrative districts of the Carpathian Mountains according to the list.

To receive Honor Roll award candidate needs to have 27 QSO with different administrative districts of the Carpathian Mountains according to the list.

QSO, held on different radio amateur bands with different type of modulation from the 1st of January 2011 can be used for award accomplishing. It is enough to have one QSO with radio station that is working  from the territory of administrative district to have this district counted.

Next QSO from the territory of same administrative district are not counted. Each administrative district can be counted only once for each class of award.

Exception is made only for radio stations that are working with same call sign from mobile or field conditions (/P, /M, /A) and from the territory of different administrative districts – radio expeditions, field day etc. Every QSO held from the territory of a new district counts in this case.

QSO via “Echolink”and same networks cannot be used for this Program.

SWL’s can get award on same conditions.
